Nature’s Symphony/Johnny Scott
Nature’s Symphony is an ecosystem, weaving diverse musical soundscapes and an ecology of storytelling & education together in a living harmony.
This unique curation fosters an immersive experience of creativity and culture to support regenerative action.
Born from community, driven & co-created by community, Nature’s Symphony continues to bloom with Neo Classical live compositions, Experimental Jazz, and Ambient Instrumental journeys. Previous events have brought together field specialists, change makers, cultural & thought leaders from local Kaumātua to Anthropologists, leaders in Cyclical Wellbeing, Embodiment and Psychology to an Astrophysicist and Astronomer. Every journey is a new collection and collaboration held in various pop-up locations within our natural environment.
Through this creative essence, a shared ethos, and a relational & musical reciprocity with the sounds of Te Taiao, a synergistic symphony is born.
Nature’s Symphony will be playing at Festival of Nature at Wao Summit 2024, a co-creation with:
Johnny Scott, Creator/Founder of Nature’s Symphony; Driven by the experience of Awe he has felt in the creative interplay between the sounds of Te Taiao and the music it can bring forth in the artist, through Nature’s Symphony Johnny now looks at how this liminal space can inspire that creative essence in the unfurling of authentic and emergent regenerative community initiatives.
